The bonita team consists of professionals with an international perspective and insider’s knowledge. We are all cute, experienced, respectful, dedicated and brimming with ideas. The Office space
The office of Bonitaworld is located in Poble Nou, just 5 minutes from the city centre of Barcelona and just next to the Port Olympic and the city ring.
It is equipped with several working areas, a post production studio, a meeting room, a big terrasse, a parking garage and big lifts for the equipment.
The address of the office is Calle Zamora 46-48, Atico 3.
 
 
Markus Ruf - Producer / DOP (Founder)
Markus was born in Konstanz, Germany. He studied audiovisual media at the Barcelona Media School and has worked since the year 2000 on projects within a spectrum of different genres (Commercials, TV Talk shows, Reports, Documentaries, TV Series, feature film). He started as a placement student at WDR television Germany, worked as a cameraman and sound operator for different production companies and finally as a producer. He was co-founder of Icon International Audiovisual Productions. After a few years he went freelance and then opend the production company Bonitaworld Media Productions SL in 2007. Before entering the audiovisual industry he completed international business studies in London and Reutlingen/Germany. Markus is an officially recognized First Assistant Director by the German Chamber of Commerce. He is now working as a producer and DOP.
Bernhard - Organization / Accounts / Assistant Producer
Bernhard is a multi talent. With university degrees in French and History, he has the right attitude when it comes to research and historic content. Nevertheless he is also very good in field work, as a producer and production coordinator. Bernhard is precise, knows how to organize "the German way" and is the right person to handle money and control costs. He recorded music during many years and supports the teams as a soundman. Bernhard was born in Konstanz Germany, lived in France and in Berlin and has recently moved to Barcelona.
Beate - Production Coordinator
Luckily Bonitaworld has found Bea who is supporting the company and its clients with her great dedication, humour and knowledge that she has gained from working during many years in publicity agencies as an art buyer. She has also has gained a lot of experience as a production coordinator in numerous shoots during the last years for international clients. She was born in Germany, near Frankfurt and has been living for several years in Spain, Barcelona.
Sairica Rose - Researcher
Sairica is a British/Russian anthropologist with a post-grad in journalism from London, who has been based in Barcelona for ten years. She has written campaigns in human rights and education & culture for the European Commission since 2007. Sairica has published two poetry anthologies, three non-fiction books and researched content for several documentaries, including Rediscovering Sepharad and Boujour Barcelone with Bonitaworld. In 2010 she began writing her own documentaries based on minority issues and promoting inter-cultural dialogue.
Vincent - TV Producer/Editorial work/Music Supervisor
Born in Orléans, France. Vincent is pragmatic and artistic, with experience in marketing and editorial work (Sofoot magazine,Eurosport International,TF1 and Le Monde) as well as being a successful touring musician and composer. Trilingual in French,Spanish and English.
He specialized his studies in audiovisual communication (masters degree),and an overseas business degree in the UK. His most recent work being researcher for Bonitaworld media production on a Barcelona documentary for Canal + France, presented by Antoine de Caunes. Vincent is currently living between Buenos Aires, Barcelona and Paris.
Matthias - Cameraman and Production Manager
With university studies of audiovisual communication & media in Spain and Germany, Matthias combines in a perfect manner Northern European organizing skills with mediterranean creativity.
He holds a Master degree in media studies from the University of Bonn (Germany) and has deep knowledge of practical camerawork and sound engineering.
Before becoming a cameraman he completed a apprenticeship in TV-Journalism and worked for several years as a TV-Journalist and Realisator for programs of the following german broadcasters: ARD, ZDF, WDR, RTL, Sat.1, Pro7 and n-tv.
He is experienced in a wide range of different formats, from documentaries and news-reports to reality-soaps, science-magazines and corporate videos.
This ensures that your script always turns out into a lively and fascinating story.
Montse - Event Manager
Montse was born in Barcelona and studied history of art in her hometown and in Dublin. Montse has worked on all kind of different projects within the event industry. From organizing company events like product presentations, corporate, incentives to dinner parties and showroom exhibits. Montse is the “Encyclopedia Barcelona of event organization” in Barcelona. She has worked for clients like Heineken, GuideOut, The Luxury Group, Seat, The Americas Cup Swiss Team Alinghi, Wisekey and many more national and international clients. Montse is a world citizen, an open-minded and meticulous personality and a born communicator.
Susana - Foto Productions
Susana Gellida is a Barcelona-born photographer who studied at the Kent Institute of Art & Design in England. At present, Susana combines commercial photography with fashion editorials for various magazines such as H Magazine, La Milk, 50 Easy, Suite, 33PM, and Serie Be, among others. She has worked extensively in publicity for agencies like McCann&Erickson, Saatchi&Saatchi, Healthcare and Atletico International. Susanna fuses a refined photographic style with a clear feminine approach.
Santi - Filmmaker
Santi G. Aguado is a filmmaker hailing from Barcelona who studied at the ESCAC FilmSchool. He has worked as an assistant director for various different feature films such as last year’s box-office hit, Perfume and various commercials. Since 2006, Santi has worked as a director for commercial films and music videos. Last year he won two awards at The DiBa Film Festival. He is currently working as co-director and co-writer for the TVshow “Los Matarile” for Canal Plus.
